This 18X22 heat exchanger, with 1" copper ports and an installation kit, can efficiently transfer 158,400 BTUs at 100 PSI for use in your hot air furnace plenum. The fin area measures 18”X22” with a flow rate of 16.5 GPM and an airflow of 1932 CFM. It is ideal for plenums measuring 18"X23” or larger, with outlets positioned on the 18" side. The aluminum fins are installed at 12 fins per inch and It has a triple pass design with 1/4" copper tubing. This unit is designed with a 1" frame on one end to cover the copper elbows. The exchanger has a flat front face mounting for easy installation and increased plenum strength. It can also be used with chilled water. Be sure to order the largest size that will fit in your plenum for maximum efficiency. Outside Dimensions: 18" (W) x 25.5" (L from Manifold to Base) x 3.5" (Thickness).
