The first three strings are fretless and cover the lower register, which is covered again by the SRAS7's top four strings, so you can effortlessly switch playing styles without getting lost on the fingerboard. To make the most of this unique design, Ibanez went with custom Super J Ashula pickups and loaded it with roundwound and flatwound strings.
