You can roast raw coffee beans on the induction cooker or gas stove. Roasting raw beans will peel off the thin skin that is the base of the Eg flavor, but you can easily remove the thin skin by placing the included net over the pan and turning it upside down and shaking. When placed on a fire, the handle of the pan and net becomes very hot, so please be sure to wear a mitten.
