By using the website or services of White Lily Medical Center (“the Center”), you agree to the terms below.
1) Definitions
•Services: Dental care (all specialties), Pediatric Dentistry, General Practice, Obstetrics & Gynecology; plus appointments, consultations, diagnostics.
•Website: All pages, forms, and online booking tools owned by the Center.
2) Appointments & Cancellations
•Book via phone/WhatsApp, email, or website form.
•Please arrive 10 minutes early for registration.
•Cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid no-show/late fees.
•The Center may reschedule due to medical or operational needs.
3) Eligibility & Medical Consent
•You confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
•By signing medical consent forms, you acknowledge understanding of the treatment, risks, alternatives, and costs.
•Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or provide written consent.
4) Insurance & Billing
•Insurance acceptance depends on your policy and approvals from your insurer.
•Any non-covered amounts (co-pay, deductible, excess, add-ons) must be paid directly.
•Fees, packages, and promotions may change without prior notice.
5) Prescriptions, Tests & Results
•Medications and tests are prescribed based on clinical judgment.
•Lab/radiology results are shared according to availability and confidentiality rules.
6) Remote Advice
•Phone/online guidance is informational and does not replace an in-person examination when required.
•Emergencies: call 999/998 immediately.
7) Website Use & Content
•Educational content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
•All logos, images, and text are the Center’s property; reproduction requires written permission.
•External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8) Limitation of Liability
•The Center is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or delays beyond reasonable control.
9) Governing Law
•These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the health regulations applicable in Abu Dhabi.
